Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The project has not been started.

  • No resources or team hours have been assigned.

  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • SEO services

  • Branding or design work in progress

  • Marketing campaigns already executed

  • Strategy sessions or consultations

  • Any partially delivered digital items

4. Project Cancellation

If the client decides to cancel after work has started, they must pay for the work completed up to that point.

5. Dissatisfaction Clause

If the client is unhappy with results, Fergogroup will offer revisions (according to the package), but refunds will not be provided.
